NEW GUESTS POLICY:

Arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to  fill out paperwork. Grace periods is against our religion.

CONFIRMATION POLICY:

As a courtesy to our guests, Posh sends (2) appointment reminders via email and text. We like to ensure that you know when your pampering time is coming! 

SCHEDULING POLICY:

 POSH sends out reminders 48 hours in advance as a courtesy.  You will receive them via email and/or text message. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to keep up with YOUR scheduled appointment. 

 

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:

Cancellation and/or reschedules must be done 24 HOURS BEFORE the appointment, you can do so by accessing your account through our online booking system.

  • First, go to www.poshskinboutique.com and click BOOK WITH POSH

  • Secondly, click Cart and Sign In.

  • Lastly, cancel the active appointment then follow through with booking another.

You may also EMAIL poshskinboutique@gmail.com or CALL the studio 901-347-4874 and leave a detail message stating your name, date and time of service needing to cancel. Text Messaging is NOT ACCEPTABLE to cancel/ reschedule your services.

No Call/ No Show or last minute cancellations will result in a fee of 50% of the missed service. Punctuality is vital in giving the best boutique experience, so it taken very seriously. 

RUNNING BEHIND?

Posh DOES NOT grant GRACE PERIODS. Arrive 5 minutes early for all appointments.  CALL us immediately if  you may be late for your appointment BEFORE the start of your session. POSH has to right to shorten/reschedule services based on the allotted time left of your the service.

CAN MY CHILDREN COME WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

 No. Children are NOT  allowed. You deserve your ME time.   

PAYMENT POLICY:

 CASH, MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS & DEBIT CARDS. POSH Gift Cards are available for purchase!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
